Almost everything else we do reads from these results. A single draw covers inflammation, lipoproteins, glucose handling, hormones, micronutrients, and liver, kidney and thyroid function.
How to prepare
- Fast for ten to twelve hours; water is fine and encouraged.
- Take your usual medication unless we have told you otherwise in writing.
- Avoid hard training and alcohol for 24 hours — both distort inflammatory and liver markers.
- Morning appointments are preferred, as several hormones follow a daily rhythm.
How results are read
Being “within range” is not the same as being optimal. Reference ranges describe the population that walks into laboratories, which is not a healthy population. We read your values against longevity-relevant targets, against each other, and — from your second test onwards — against your own history.
Turnaround
Standard panels return within 48 hours. Sequencing-based tests take longer and are reported at the panel review.
