A standalone cardiac assessment for people who want their real risk quantified rather than estimated from age and cholesterol.
What it covers
- Cardiology examination, ECG and echocardiography
- Virtual angiography where indicated
- ApoB, Lp(a) and the advanced lipid panel
- Vascular age and heart rate variability
- A cardiologist consultation to review everything together
How it is performed
A half-day in the clinic. Imaging and blood work are completed in one visit, with the review the same day where possible.
How to prepare
Fast for ten to twelve hours. Bring previous cardiac investigations and a current medication list. Wear clothing that is easy to change out of.
How we read it
Into a single risk statement and a plan: what to treat now, what to monitor, and at what interval to re-test.
