Short, direct answers from the people who run the protocols.
“Which single test tells me the most?”
If you could only run one, cardiorespiratory fitness. VO2 max is the strongest modifiable predictor of all-cause mortality we can measure, and it responds to training at any age we typically see.
“Are supplements worth it?”
Some, for some people, when a measured deficiency justifies them. Vitamin D and omega-3 status are worth knowing. Most of what is sold as a longevity stack is expensive urine.
“Can I reverse my biological age?”
You can measurably change the trajectory. Whether a lower methylation age means a longer life is not yet proven — it is an association, not an established causal endpoint. We treat it as one signal among many.
“What about the surgical and aesthetic programs?”
They belong here for the same reason the rest does: function measured before and after. Sexual health in particular is an early indicator of vascular and hormonal health, and it is treated as such, not as a cosmetic afterthought.
