Not all clocks measure the same thing
“Biological age” is not one test. The published clocks were trained on different outcomes, and they disagree with each other by design.

How it is performed
A blood or saliva sample, processed externally. Results take two to three weeks.
How to prepare
No fasting required. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and sample at a typical time of day so repeat tests stay comparable.
How we read it
As a trend, not a verdict. A single reading describes a moment; a series describes a trajectory, and only the trajectory is worth acting on. It also tends to move after the metabolic and fitness markers do — not before.
