Every program below follows the same discipline: measure, interpret, intervene, re-test. What differs is the system in focus and the length of the intervention phase.
Choosing one
Most patients start with the Reset Longevity Program, because it establishes the full baseline that every other protocol reads from. If you already know your priority — your heart, your metabolism, your hormones — the focused programs run from that same baseline.
What they share
- A named physician for the whole cycle, and a panel review of your results.
- Weekly contact during the intervention phase.
- A re-test at the end, on the same equipment as the baseline.
- A written protocol and your complete data set, yours to keep and to share.
Not sure which applies? Speak to a longevity advisor — a short call is usually enough to work out what you should measure first.
